Sustained development programmes which enhance donor relationships will make a critical difference to successful operations. Those without development programmes simply will not survive in the long term. We believe it is important to build an internal capability within an institution that will continue long after the consulting relationship ends.
ASK Associates acts as a catalyst in helping Heads of institutions, Board members and staff to begin to lay the foundations which will result in increased giving over time – each and every year. Effective development programmes are permanently staffed and integrated at a senior level within an institution. Appropriate giving from all constituents for annual, capital/ major gifts, and legacies must be orchestrated according to a strategy that supports the institution's mission and long-range plan.
