- Advising on suitable salary and benefits packages for new positions
- Drafting of Person Specifications, Job Descriptions, Reporting Structures and Adverts
- Trawling ASK's up-to-date database of candidates considering a new position
- Placing of adverts in relevant media including ASK's own 1,700-strong email database
- Liaising with interested candidates and acting as a clearing house for subsequent applications
- Providing suggested shortlists for interview and liaising with unsuccessful applicants
- Providing notes on all short-listed candidates
- Attending interviews as the "expert witness" and advising interview panels on the technical and strategic answers given
- Negotiating with candidates as required and liaising with the client during any such negotiations
This service is provided on a no-win no-fee basis and is calculated as a percentage of the successful candidate's first year's salary package.
