Andy has been the Bursar and Clerk to the Governors at Bedford Modern School for over 10 years, successfully managing the business of moving from a single-sex boys’ school to the current co-educational 1,200+ model.  He has an outstanding record that can provide expert support to effective personnel management, financial and general management, strategic planning, change management, multi-million pound capital development, facilities management and the development and personal direction of effective fundraising.

Andy was educated at Kimbolton, the Royal Air Force College Cranwell and the Royal Air Force Staff College Bracknell.  He enjoyed a varied and successful career in the Royal Air Force that included leadership, management and training appointments specialising in career management and recruitment services, organisation and planning, management, administration and finance, together with corporate executive and secretarial assistance.
