We believe that the specialist recruitment of Senior Administrative Staff is best undertaken and/or supported by professionals with specialist and up to date knowledge of the independent education sector; specifically by those with intimate and personal experience of performing the role(s) themselves. Moreover, we also consider that early mentoring and probationary assistance to newly appointed senior support staff is essential and that it be conducted by similarly experienced individuals to complement the internal procedures already extant. Finally, we believe that senior staff appraisal can be best supported, augmented and audited through a close relationship and liaison with an external element of the appraisal process.
